This is a job opportunity for Italian fluent speakers only (mother tongue is not a must).

The candidate is 30-35 years old and looking for a fast paced career.

The candidate will report to the “Industry” Sector Head and will be in charge of the management of a major client of ours on the delivery side, at EMEA level. Such a client is one of a CPG multinational.

Team and projects under his/her responsibility are based in many Europe (including CIS) and Northern Africa countries.

His/her English has to be very fluent. The capability to interact in English at all level is a must.

The candidate shall be used to working in international environments and available to travelling extensively.

A significant part of the time will be spent in the UK.

The following skills are a must: experience in managing complex IT projects, knowledge of CPG or FMCG or retail subsector, a background in the “Industry sector” (i.e. no telecom, nor financial institution, nor utilities).

The following skills are a plus: knowledge of sales&marketing processes, experience in managing IT process outsourcing, knowledge of any other European language (including Russian).

This position offers a very fast growth opportunity, wide visibility within the company and the experience of managing an important client at EMEA level.

Experience required: 1-3 years in the position of Manager. This position doesn’t fit with the qualification of a Senior Manager.

The home office will be MILAN (Italy), therefore the candidate being based in Milan is a must.
